Prior to joining CMU, I was a Product Manager at Deloitte. Over a span of 4 years, I worked on B2B SaaS products across CRM and Energy sectors.

To summarize my Deloitte experience, it was about discovering my passion for building great products, creating impact at scale for various stakeholders, and challenging myself by seeking new opportunities within the firm.

The amazing people-first culture, and continuous support from peers and leaders in the organization, helped me grow as an individual and a professional.

Key Accomplishments:

  1. Led the ServiceNow internal support tool from ideation to launch at Deloitte, and have been a certified ServiceNow administrator. During my time the product grew from zero to 250+ supported projects and 400K+ end users.

  2. Led the ideation to launch of the search results page, for a multimodal AI search engine to accelerate operational decision making and reduce turnaround time for purchase orders.

  3. Led the Product ideation to launch for a Salesforce based Work Order and Asset Management system for Industrial MarketPlace by Deloitte.
